Between August 1 and September 30, 2019, Riverside Homebuilders set aside $250 from every home sold during our Back-to-School Home Sale. Thanks to our homebuyers, 25 schools received donations, totaling $7,000!We offered our homebuyers a variety of incentives to choose from during this special event—closing cost credit, appliance package, faux wood blinds, and design credits for upgrades. In addition, we set aside $250 to donate to the school of their choice. We’re thrilled that so many schools and districts benefited. From elementary, intermediate, and high schools to private schools and even a college, the education community received a boost from their benefactors. Too often, teachers end up paying for classroom supplies out of their own pockets, so we hope that these donations can alleviate some of that fiscal pressure. We’ve heard from several schools that the funds will go toward scholarships, supplies, and much-needed equipment. Here’s a breakdown of the schools that were recipients from our Back-to-School Sale donations:AzleWalnut Creek Elementary SchoolAzle Junior High SchoolCorinthLake Dallas High SchoolEnnisBowie Elementary SchoolFarmersvilleFarmersville ISDFort WorthComo Elementary SchoolBoswell High SchoolLake Country Christian SchoolGainesvilleEdison Elementary SchoolSt. Mary Catholic SchoolNorth Central Texas CollegeGodleyGodley Elementary SchoolGranburyGranbury ISDKrumHattie Dyer Elementary SchoolKrum High SchoolParadiseParadise High SchoolSangerClear Creek Intermediate SchoolSeymourSeymour ISDSpringtownElkins Elementary SchoolGoshen Creek Elementary SchoolSpringtown High SchoolTerrellTerrell High SchoolValley ViewValley View ISDAs a local homebuilder, we appreciate the people who make a difference in our communities.
