I Am Riverside: Logan George—The Backbone of Quality at Riverside Homebuilders

Today, we shine the spotlight on one such integral team member—Logan George, whose role as Warranty Field Manager and Quality Control has been instrumental in upholding the values and reputation of Riverside Homebuilders.

Logan’s journey to Riverside Homebuilders

Logan George joined Riverside Homebuilders in September 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous jobs. His transition into the homebuilding industry was seamless, as his skills in overseeing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction proved invaluable. Reflecting on his journey, Logan shares, “Prior to working for Riverside Homebuilders, I held management and supervisory positions with different logistic and service companies. I joined Riverside Homebuilders in September 2021 as a customer service tech overseeing areas in Fort Worth, TX. I transitioned in May of 2024 to the Warranty Field Manager/Quality Control position.” Our team is beyond thrilled to have Logan's expertise and dedication driving our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction—and we can’t wait to continue to watch him thrive in his role.

The role of a Warranty Field Manager/Quality Control

Logan’s current role is multifaceted and crucial to the overall quality assurance of our homes. “As Warranty Field Manager/Quality Control, I oversee our group of warranty service techs all around the DFW metroplex covering multiple Riverside communities. I assist them with warranty issues and resolutions for homeowner satisfaction,” Logan explains. He also focuses on identifying and addressing trends in quality issues to continuously improve our construction processes. “Additionally, I review warranty service techs' quality walks of homes prior to closing for trends on issues to pinpoint areas of improvement needed across all areas,” he adds.

As far as his day-to-day tasks, Logan’s time is centered around communication and problem-solving. “I have consistent communication with warranty techs on any matters to head off issues with vendors and homeowners and aid in resolutions of issues,” he describes. His role involves meeting with homeowners to discuss and resolve outstanding issues, ensuring they understand the warranty standards and the construction of their homes. Additionally, Logan spot-checks homes in the quality control stage before closing and tracks the progress of homes through the quality sign-off process. Because of this, it’s no surprise that our new homes throughout DFW are known for their exceptional quality and homeowner satisfaction—as Logan’s dedication and meticulous approach play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that Riverside Homebuilders is known for.

“All homes are walked through prior to buyer final walks by Customer Service techs assigned to the area or myself to ensure that homes meet Riverside standards—as well as structure warranty standards,” he explains.

More than a job

One of Logan’s favorite aspects of his job is working with the dedicated team at Riverside Homebuilders. “Working with the entire warranty department—from customer service techs to the warranty office support—is amazing. We all truly work as a team to effectively serve Riverside homeowners,” Logan shares. He values the open communication between the warranty department and the construction team, which enables them to address issues efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.

Additionally, for Logan, every interaction with homeowners is beyond important—each offering an opportunity to make a positive impact. “In general, I love working with homeowners through the warranty process, helping them understand the warranty coverage and standards and educating them about the features of the home and recommended maintenance," he reflects. His commitment to standing behind the homes we build and creating strong relationships with homeowners is evident in every project he undertakes.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in various hobbies. “I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, going to the golf course early on the weekends with my son and daughter to get some practice in and attending my son's sporting events,” Logan shares. His dedication to his family mirrors his commitment to his work—making him a well-rounded and valued member of the Riverside team.
