A journey from the fairway to the foundation 

Jared’s entry into the construction market is rooted in adaptability and a willingness to seize opportunities, and he found a pathway through the connections he developed during his years in the golf industry. This connection led to his initial role in commercial and industrial roofing, where he found himself immersed in the complex work of project management, quality control and safety. 

Jared later transitioned to Integrity Group, working on high-quality, active-living communities for those 55 and older, and his expertise grew, particularly in producing spaces that brought comfort and enrichment to residents’ lives. Through his experiences, he found a growing connection to residential building—a sector where he could play a direct role in fulfilling people’s dreams of homeownership. Ultimately, Jared joined Riverside Homebuilders, thanks to the encouragement of his close friend in the construction industry, Jordan Beisner, who spoke highly of the Riverside team. Reflecting on this decision, Jared says that it has been the best professional decision he has made.
