Q: What type of new homes does Riverside Homebuilders have in this new phase? Do you have specific floor plans that stand out as favorites?

A: “We have 9 floor plans in Northstar—5 one-story and 4 two-story. Whether you’re younger, older, need less space or need the most space—we’ve got something that accommodates just about everybody. As far as favorites go—it’s so hard to pick! For a two-story plan, The Nueces is fantastic. It’s one of our models, and it’s so beautifully laid out. The second story has three gorgeous bedrooms and a game room that separates everything. It’s so thoughtfully designed that, when the kids have friends over and they’re hanging out upstairs, it’s separate enough to where the house is still peaceful and quiet. And, of course, the first floor is stunning. The study is separate from the living area, and the owner's suite is also down here—so it’s just perfect. This home is everything a two-story should be, the ideal amount of both privacy and entertainment. I can’t even choose my favorite one-story—I have 3 that I absolutely love. The San Saba III, San Gabriel II and Cascade II, they’re all 3-bed and 2-bath, but they’re all so different. They’re each unique in their own way, and they’re all individually designed for different needs—which means that everyone can find what they’re looking for with our new homes in Northstar.”
