Macee’s journey to Riverside Homebuilders is a tale of transformation and growth. As she embarked on her higher education journey, initially pursuing a nursing career at Navarro Junior College while simultaneously embracing her role as a spirited member of the cheerleading team, Macee’s path seemed set. However, she soon realized her true calling lay elsewhere. 

“My heart wasn’t in it anymore,” Macee explained. “I decided to change my whole outlook on a career, and now I’m at Riverside, and this is the happiest I’ve ever been!”

A typical day in Macee’s role at Riverside Homebuilders always ensures a whirlwind of activity. From handling crucial emails and communication with builders, efficiently managing payments to vendors and trades and overseeing purchase orders, Macee’s exceptional communication skills and impeccable time management ensure that all operations run smoothly and punctually, contributing to the seamless functioning of our company. 

While her daily tasks and responsibilities are vital aspects of her role, and ones that she greatly enjoys, what truly motivates and brings her happiness at Riverside Homebuilders is the exceptional team she works with. 

“We all get along so well, and we rely on each other a lot both personally and professionally,” Macee explains. “That’s what makes us such a strong and bonded group!”

The supportive and collaborative environment provided by her team has not only helped her overcome the initial challenges of stepping into an unfamiliar industry, but has also fueled her passion for her work. 

“I came in not knowing a single thing about the homebuilding industry,” Macee said. “Now I’ve learned so much, and I love my job and what I do. I learn something new everyday!”
