Sabine

With a large, gorgeous entryway leading to bright windows that look out to the massive covered back patio, the Sabine floor plan is a 2,734 square feet, one-story gem that is easily not just one of our favorites—but a favorite for many of our homeowners as well. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including an enormous owner’s suite with a gorgeous walk-in closet—there is plenty of room in this amazing layout for the whole family to enjoy personal space with easy access to the rest of the house. The Sabine’s spacious family room, private study room and secluded game room allow for a number of spots in the home for both family fun and peace and quiet. 

The floor plan also features a 3-car garage with plenty of room to keep the cars out of the weather, as well extra space for any additional storage. With ample room in the kitchen, including an island for extra seating and direct access to the dining room—family dinners have never been as good as they are in the Sabine. From the stunning owner's suite bath to the oversized utility room and everything in between—it’s no surprise that the Sabine is a favorite. The Verbena floor plan is easily one of our most functional floor plans, with a modern, open-concept layout containing an array of sought-after features—you won’t find anything quite like it elsewhere, making it an automatic favorite for the entire Riverside family. The inviting porch represents just the beginning of the many beauties of this floor plan, including a large family room with a luxurious fireplace right through the entrance. Verbena's open living area contains a spacious dining room which overlooks the covered back patio for the perfect amount of sunshine and views during dinnertime. San Marcos

The San Marcos floor plan reflects unique features and exceptional attention to detail, and it’s one of our favorites for an abundance of reasons. This modern ranch-style home gives a bright open layout with an array of windows, large owner's suite, wide open kitchen and living area. The light-filled family room and amenity-filled kitchen open into the spacious breakfast area for the ultimate way to spend time with family. Beautiful doors open to a massive patio with an optional outdoor fireplace for year-round enjoyment. The vaulted ceilings and faux wood beams in the family room give the home utmost class and modernity while maintaining that traditional feel. 

The master suite is located on the left side of the home, separate from all the other bedrooms—featuring a gorgeous sitting area by the window, a lengthy double vanity in the bathroom and the most spacious closet you’ve ever seen. The spacious, open floor plan combines the kitchen, living and dining areas into a light-filled space the whole family will enjoy spending time in.
