Congratulations to two of our superstars, Dianne Hutchins and Christina Holt, who were awarded Top Performer of the Month for May 2019.

It’s hard to choose the Top Performer when we have so many exemplary team members. In the month of May, however, Dianne and Christina shone brightly. 

Dianne Hutchins, who joined Riverside Homebuilders in May 2011, is a sales representative for our new home communities in Godley (Canyon Ridge, Rustic Meadows, and Crossroads at Rough Creek) and Granbury (Indian Harbor). She keeps busy moving from one community to the next, meeting with excited homebuyers and helping them find the perfect home—the best part of her job, Dianne says. Having been a science teacher and coach before becoming a new home salesperson, she definitely has the right skills for the job!

She told us about a recent experience with a young couple who were buying their first home, but had no idea where to start. She talked to them at length to figure out what was important for them to have in their home and narrowed down the choices. They picked one, but, says Dianne, that turned out to be the easy part. The husband was very specific about the homesite he had in mind.

“We did a lot of walking, measuring, and staking of several lots before finding the perfect lot for them. Everything else was a piece of cake after that—from getting approved to designing the home.”

They excitedly told their parents they were building a new home and how easy everything was. The parents thought someone must be taking advantage of them being young, so they returned that weekend with the buyers to make sure everything was as it seemed. After talking with everyone, the parents felt comfortable that their kids were in good hands.

“They said they were happy they were building with us and said I helped their kids and treated them like they were my own, says Dianne. “I love what I do and helping people find their dream home. Riverside Homebuilders is a great place to work and I feel comfortable selling these homes because the quality and workmanship is great. And if an issue ever arises, Riverside will do the right thing to resolve it.”

Christina Holt has been with Riverside Homebuilders for a little more than 3 years. She manages sales at Kimbrough Place in Azle and Innisbrook Place in Fort Worth. She had been in retail sales before making the change to new home sales.

“I was looking for a change of pace and I am sure glad I did! I love helping families find their dream homes and making new friends along the way.”

She describes Riverside Homebuilders as “a big, happy family. We are local and hold our homes and our team to the highest standards of quality and customer service. When you buy a Riverside Homebuilders home, you immediately become part of our family.”

Christina works closely with her homebuyers, ensuring they find exactly what they need. She talked about a couple who had built a home years ago with another builder, and didn’t enjoy the process.. 

“Their building experience had been a difficult and exhausting one, and they were not happy through most of the process,” Christina explains. “Three years later, I met them in Kimbrough Place where we were building the Havasu floor plan. They expressed their love for the floor plan, along with their concerns about building another home.”

Christina talked to them at length and put their worries to rest. 

“From writing the contract and seeing how excited their were after choosing all of their finishes, all the way to closing day, I realized that we had built a lifelong friendship.”

Christina and Riverside Homebuilders restored their faith in the homebuilding process. The couple loves their new home and raves about the positive experience they had with us.

“I don’t sell houses,” Christina says. “I help people achieve their dreams and create a space where they will make memories with their family.”
