Homebuyers are starting their home searches online. But a majority of those house-hunters then turn to a professional to get serious. Finding the right home starts with finding the right agent. Riverside Homebuilders is celebrating two of them for their outstanding performance in the month of June: Beckye Evans and Dominic Baca.

June Realtor of the Month: Beckye Evans

Our June Realtor of the Month is Beckye Evans with Coldwell Banker Apex in McKinney, TX. She has been working with Riverside Homebuilders since 2015 and her 16 years of experience as a Realtor have proven to be a real benefit to her customers and to us. 

“Beckye is always a pleasure to work with," says Rachel Morton, our Online Concierge and the first person that most agents and buyers connect with here. “She’s great at understanding exactly what her clients need.”

Beckye is confident in bringing her clients to our communities. She says the excellent service, quality of the homes, builders warranty, and the responsive team members have made her job easier. In addition, our large lots, no HOA, and the ability to pick out all the finishes are a big hit with her homebuyers.

“The people at  Riverside are wonderful, from the sales people all the way to closing. I love your general contractors! They are wonderful to work with, willing to meet with clients at any time and answer questions. They also give out their cell numbers which makes it easier if you have a question.”

Like many real estate agents, Beckye truly enjoys her role in helping people find their dream home. 

“To see their smiling faces at closing is priceless,” Beckye explains. She talked about one homebuyer, in particular. “He was a Purple Heart veteran who was moving here from South Texas. Helping our veterans after they served our country is so rewarding, and we have become lifelong friends.”

June Sales Rep of the Month: Dominic Baca

Dominic Baca is a sales representative at our Las Ventanas community in North Fort Worth and also handles our additional Tarrant County locations near Lake Como. He joined Riverside Homebuilders in 2017. Dominic had been a New Home Sales Consultant for another builder, but decided to steer his career in our direction because of our positive reputation in the community and the great things he had heard from our employees.

“Riverside Homebuilders is a company with heart,” Dominic says when describing us. “We truly care about our customers, employees, and community. Riverside will treat you like family.”

Dominic has worked with hundreds of buyers in just 2 years, and his exuberant personality has launched many lasting friendships—although it could also be the allure of his very authentic, homemade pizza!

“I get to know many of my customers well and we become a part of each other’s lives. I just got a picture this morning of one of my customer’s new babies!”

Maybe it’s his kind heart that makes it so easy to connect with Dominic. He likes to go fishing with his family, “but I feel bad for the fish, so I usually leave off the bait.”
