Journey to Riverside Homebuilders

Dominic’s career began in higher education, where he held various roles within Financial Aid Departments. However, his brother, a seasoned loan officer, always believed Dominic had a natural talent for sales, and despite Dominic’s initial reservations, he took a leap of faith and discovered a fulfilling career that has spanned over the last ten and half years. 

Since May 2017, Dominic has been a vital part of Riverside Homebuilders—focusing on community management for the sales team and working as a liaison between the sales team, the home office and the various departments that help keep the company running at its highest level. 

“The sales team is usually the face of the organization to our customers, so ensuring that communication flows, having the right team mindset, and that sales are procured are my overall objectives,” Dominic said.

While the homebuilding industry is not without its challenges, our team is always prepared to overcome any difficulties with resilience and a commitment to continuous growth.

"Our objective is to be consistent and process-driven, but the market can remind us why we always need to be sharpening our skills and continuing our self-improvement in all roles,” he explained. “Buying a home is, oftentimes, the largest purchase a person will make, and therefore it is a very stressful experience.
