Oak Valley - Phase II 

After our Oak Valley community just south of charming Terrell sold out so quickly, we saw the opportunity to expand to a second phase and allow more residents to enjoy everything this neighborhood has to offer. Vista Oaks Estates

Riverside Homebuilders are excited to build Vista Oaks Estates, our first community in the great town of Royse City. Much like Sherman, this small town is a perfect place for families looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of city living without sacrificing nearby amenities or a close-knit community feel. The lots at Vista Oaks Estates will all be larger than an acre and homes will start in the $410s. 

Green Meadows

Coming to the historical city of Anna this year, the Green Meadows community will bring functional and beautiful Riverside homes to the area. This neighborhood will feature homes up to 2,685 square feet and will fall in the Anna Independent School District. We’ll have more information on the lots and floor plans later this year.
