Even though 2020 presented enormous challenges, Riverside Homebuilders had a lot to celebrate at this year’s awards dinner. Riverside Homebuilders continued to set records, welcoming 624 new families into communities across North Texas and also earned a spot in the Builder Online’s Top 100 Builders list, ranking 95th.

All of that while hiring new members to the team and breaking ground in more than a dozen new communities around the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.

“I’d like to think that our savvy hiring skills set the tone, but in reality, we’ve simply been in the right place at the right time to acquire a very talented and hard-working group who are passionate about helping homeowners,” Vice President of Marketing Todd Greenfield said.

He continued: “As they say, it starts at the top and owner Tim Fleet is not one to shy away from a challenge. He understands better than anyone what it means to capitalize on opportunities when they come along. His entrepreneurial spirit is what has driven us to succeed in areas that many would never venture into.”
