David Herron, Customer Service Manager

Meet our newest Customer Service and Home Warranty addition, David Herron. He’s been with the Riverside family for 3 years and was most recently in a Superintendent role where he managed nearly 100 new construction projects in Decatur, Gainesville and Sanger, Texas.

In this new position, David is most excited for the “opportunity to fine-tune our customer service program and adapt our process to meet the needs of our buyers.”

He echoes Riverside’s overall mission—to always do what is right—and says that same mission is equally applied to the Customer Service and Home Warranty Department.

Marla Barnes, Warranty Services Coordinator
